1 General Provisions

These Terms apply to all services, products, and activities on the bdo33 platform. "Platform" refers to bdo33's website, application, and all related services. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person registered on the platform.

bdo33 uses SSL encryption and modern data protection technology to ensure a safe and fair gaming environment. All transactions on our platform are secured and personal information is stored confidentially.

These Terms are written in English and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute over any part of these Terms, bdo33's decision shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration

To enjoy services on bdo33, you must create a personal account. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, they will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. Multiple accounts operated from the same household may require additional verification.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Report any unauthorized access to your account to our support team immediately. bdo33 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from third-party access.

• Change your account password regularly.
• Never share your account details with anyone else.
• If you log in on a public device, log out at the end of your session.
• Report any suspicious activity to support immediately.

3 Age Verification & Identity

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account and use services on bdo33. By registering, you automatically confirm that you meet this age requirement.

bdo33 may request documents for identity and age verification at any time. These may include:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.

If verification is not completed within the specified time, your account may be temporarily suspended and withdrawal processing may be delayed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following approved methods can be used to deposit and withdraw funds on bdo33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are generally processed instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made from verified accounts.
• The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same (where applicable).
• Withdrawals may be delayed if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

bdo33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for its members. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated in the offer details.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirement for the welcome bonus: 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit plus bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in wagers required before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• No more than one bonus can be active at a time.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance — withdrawal is only possible after wagering requirements have been completed.
• Some games do not contribute, or only partially contribute, to bonus wagering — refer to the details of each offer.
• bdo33 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer without reason.
• Violating bonus terms may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6 Game Rules

bdo33 offers a variety of games including slot games, live casino, and sports betting. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

bdo33 ensures a fully fair gaming environment. Our games are provided by certified providers and powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which guarantees fair outcomes.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical issue (server outage, connection loss) occurs during a game, the relevant round may be considered void and the wager amount will be refunded. bdo33 is not liable for any loss caused by technical errors.

7 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on bdo33. Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure and balances may be forfeited:

• Creating an account using false or misleading information.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Attempting to manipulate the bonus system (bonus arbitrage).
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing or gambling with third-party funds.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

bdo33 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Prolonged inactivity on the account (more than 12 months).
• Instructions from law enforcement authorities.

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Available balances can be withdrawn before account closure (subject to conditions being met).

9 Privacy & Security

We use SSL encryption technology to keep your information and transactions secure. Your personal information is not shared with third parties, except where required to meet legal obligations.

10 Limitation of Liability

bdo33 does not accept liability for the following:

• Loss of a game session due to internet connection failure.
• Issues caused by faults in your device or software.
• Unauthorized access to your account by a third party (if you have not taken appropriate security measures).
• Any personal financial loss resulting from gaming.
• Temporary service disruption due to technical maintenance.

11 Responsible Gaming
